If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return – don’t forget that our products are covered by our 3 year warranty which you can read here.

If you would like to return your purchase, you must ship returning items back to us. This excludes clearance items which cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Period

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, simply notify us of your intentions within 30 days of delivery.

Return Product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of partially assembled products.

Return Shipping Fee

Unfortunately we cannot cover all unforeseeable costs and the return fees shall be at the purchaser’s responsibility.

Cancelled Order

Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made as soon as possible prior to shipment.  Any correspondence received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. Any order refused upon delivery, unless previously arranged through our customer service team, will be treated as a return and shipping and handling costs will be deducted and charged.

Please allow up to 14 days after your purchase has been received by our warehouse to allow
us to inspect the returned item and process your refund.

If the return policy is not adhered to or if the product is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge based on the conditions of the goods.

All returns and refund decisions by GT Omega shall be final.
